For your $22 you get the initial setup and up to six letters in one position on the toy like the photos you see here. 

Any additional letters are charged at $1.95 and you will need to buy the remaining letters from the other listing headed up "Additional Engraving per letter" 
So for the name Vincent which has 7 letters you would order: 
1 x Engraving set up and first six letters   $22.00
1 x Additional engraving per letter $1.95
